Mary Nosbush began baking breads for her family more than 25 years ago. Bread baking has become her passion. She now bakes these artisan quality breads for others as well.
Mary's whole grain breads are available at the Farmers Market at Sodak Gardens, 1 mile south of Clear Lake, SD, on Thursday afternoons, 3-7 p.m. in season, and by special order through the winter months.
Grain for her breads is grown by family farmers in northeast South Dakota and milled freshly for each baking. Mary's bread also contains honey produced locally by family operated apiaries.
